The Company is best known for it's work in the home medical equipment industry, where it is a nationally-recognized brand and the largest company of its kind. The Company is headquartered in Waterloo, where over 90% of its employees work. Its business is nationwide and over 95% of revenues are generated from customers outside of Iowa. In 2005, VGM implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, and on June 3, 2008, VGM became a 100 percent employee-owned company.
